Dans le champ de l'histoire de l&#8217;éducation, en revanche, il n&#8217;a retenu l&#8217;attention des chercheurs que par intermittence. Ce dossier, fruit d&#8217;une coopération entre le &#60;i&#62;Nordic Journal of Educational History &#60;/i&#62;et &#60;i&#62;Histoire de l&#8217;éducation,&#60;/i&#62; traite des réformes du financement de l&#8217;éducation au XIXe et au XXe siècle, période marquée par l&#8217;extension de l&#8217;accès aux enseignements primaire, secondaire et supérieur.&#60;i&#62; &#60;/i&#62;Il vise à combler certaines lacunes des historiographies française et suédoise et à susciter de nouvelles recherches sur ce terrain, en ouvrant la voie à des débats méthodologiques, par-delà les disciplines et les frontières nationales. Les trajectoires de la France et de la Suède &#8211; deux exemples d&#8217;économies dites « avancées », deux formes d&#8217;État-providence, confrontés à des défis très similaires &#8211; présentent un jeu complexe de similitudes et de différences qui donne tout son intérêt à l&#8217;étude précise des dispositifs de financement mis en place dans les deux pays, en fonction des contextes et pour répondre à des besoins particuliers : essor de l&#8217;enseignement technique, rénovation pédagogique, scolarisation dans les lieux reculés, ou encore élargissement de l&#8217;accès à l&#8217;enseignement supérieur.&#60;/p&#62;</Text>
